Basin 06: water allocation

The Commission invites observations on the implementation of the approved water-allocation framework. Contributions may address delivery interruptions, collection distance and the clarity of programme notices.

How representations are considered

Contributions are registered, classified by subject and referred to the relevant directorate. Acknowledgement confirms receipt in the consultation record. The legal effect of a representation is determined by the stage and scope of the relevant procedure.

Participants are encouraged to read the consultation protocol, including the relationship between the date of approval and the period during which representations are received.

Standing representation

Participation in individual consultations does not affect a resident’s continuing representation under the Concordat. Information about delegation and certified transfer is available in the representation register.
