The premise
The Commission for Global Coordination, the Continuity Party, the 2041 Concordat and the entire 2048 public record are fictional. The site does not represent a government, political party, the Ethereum Foundation or The Venus Project. The architectural image is an original generated illustration of a fictional building.
The experience uses the language and form of an international policy institution to explore authority, participation, evidence and the possibility of changing a rule. Its title refers to the performance of governance without meaningful collective thought.
The educational foundation
The open study series connects the fictional institution to real ideas: polycentric governance, common-pool resources, decentralized autonomous organizations, delegation, deliberation, voting power, resource-based planning and the limitations of metrics. Primary sources accompany each study. These approaches are presented as proposals to examine, with tradeoffs and unresolved questions.
